Teaching Assistant- Tarrant City
Better Basics is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Teacher Assistant at the HOPE 21st Century Community Learning Center in Tarrant City.
The 21st CCLC Teacher Assistants monitor students, assist with instruction, and assist teachers with set-up/clean-up of materials and equipment for daily activities. They provide health/nutrition instruction and assist vendors. Classroom or camp experience is preferred.
Work week is 15 hours per week 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $15 per hour

Reading Intervention Teacher
Reading Intervention Teachers are responsible for instructing students in a small group setting using the Better Basics Reading Intervention Program in order to improve reading skills.
Work Status: Part-time, Contract – Temporary (During School Hours)
$25.00 per hour
This position requires a teaching certification (may be expired)
