On-site volunteers help students develop fundamental skills. They also bond with the children, encouraging them to elevate and rise to their full ability. Project-based volunteers provide support in our office by prepping materials for students and events. Our volunteers come from all different types of backgrounds, all making impactful memories with local students.

Hundreds of volunteers are mobilized on a single day to read aloud to students in every Pre-K through 5th-grade classroom in each school system we serve. These events are held in the Spring.
Volunteer opportunities in schools will conclude in spring 2025 and resume in the fall. If you're interested in working with students in the fall, or in year-round volunteer opportunities, please complete the inquiry form, and someone from our team will reach out to you.
